Refund policy

How To Return An Item:
Your item must be in its original, unused condition with the 360 ID tag fully attached and intact within 30 days of order to be eligible for return, unless there is a manufacturer defect. Items with removed or tampered 360 ID tags will not be accepted.

 

Please email customercare@heirloomsunday.com to request a refund. 

Return Exceptions:
Items without the original 360 ID tag attached will not be accepted.
Some items cannot be returned if they are opened.
Merchandise that has been worn, used, or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange.


Restocking Fee:
All items are subject to a 10% restocking fee; this will be deducted from your refund. We also do not refund the original shipping and handling that you paid on the order.


Exchanges:
If your item is in like-new condition with the 360 ID tag still attached, you may exchange it for a different size or color.
No restocking fee will apply for exchanges, but return shipping will still be your responsibility.


Sale Items: 
All sale items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.


Damaged items:
If you receive a damaged item, please contact us immediately at customercare@heirloomsunday.com with details and photos of the issue. We will work to resolve the problem promptly.


Refund Process:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7 business days.
